Mentoring is a unique feature of the Australia Awards Scholarships Program in the Philippines. Awardees from the Philippines enjoy a relationship with highly-competent mentors to help them adjust to their roles as students in Australia. Australia Awards mentors are also instrumental in the reintegration of the scholars and in the implementation of the re-entry action plans (REAP).
