ICSP Recognition Ceremony Highlights

Highlights of the first recognition ceremony to honor the forty-five graduates of the In-country Scholarship Program (ICSP) Pilot Phase. The event was conducted last July 23, 2015 at Davao City and was attended by the graduates and their families, officials from the Australian embassy, NEDA, CSC, CHED, DEPED, and representatives of the universities where the scholars graduated from.
